The company is dedicated to getting patients connected with the care they need using an accelerated mobile communicator tool built by nurses for nurses. Their team of registered nurses supplements after-hour care and patient contact models to create a better patient and caregiver experience while minimizing stress for on-call nursing staff.
They offer customized solutions to give their clients peace of mind, reduce turnover, improve efficiency, and give a competitive advantage in the rapidly expanding hospice industry. They began as AfterHours Triage in 2006, they added the app Ubernurse in 2015, then rebranded to Total Triage in 2017.
The Problem
The company was challenged to keep up with the rapidly changing face of the industry as phone technology advanced, requiring multiple instances of restructuring and rebranding. Their client base was becoming confused, losing them brand recognition
The Solution
I strove to maintain a message consistent with their unchanged business mission, keeping key design elements recognizable in the midst of the rebranding transitions. This successfully re-engaged their client base, which was primarily hospice chains.
